Amafond is celebrating its 70 years of operation during the Amafond Conference on 18 November 2016 at Villa Fenaroli (Rezzato, Brescia) at 15:30.
The previous edition of the Conference met with great success and included the attendance of more than 300 guests and industry players. In addition to Amafond’s representatives, this year also boasts the participation of representatives from the most important Italian foundries.
For the Italian foundry and metallurgy industry, this is an important moment as it also includes the presence of the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, the Honorable Giuliano Poletti.
In the discussion entitled: “Seventy years of history, continuing to be major players” there will be contributions by experts with a focus on the automotive and capital goods sectors and the foundry industry.
The Conference will be opened by the President of Amafond, Maurizio Sala, by the President of Assofond, Roberto Ariotti, by Franco Rota (Cnh Industrial) and Roberto Crapelli (Roland Berger). Following the Conference opening, career awards will be announced along with two scholarships for students who have submitted theses in the field.
